RETURNS


At the time we can only offer store credit or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions. All shipping for return/exchange is at customer's cost. 

If you have any questions regarding your exchange contact info@hada.nyc with your order number in the subject.

Products must be returned in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odor-free and stain-free.

HADA reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

HADA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

SHIPPING

HADA ships worldwide (excluding Russia, Ukraine, North Korea).

Orders are processed from New York, NY.

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

We are unable to process changes to an order following checkout. Requests to amend sizing or delivery address following checkout will not be possible.

LOCAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that local charges (sale tax, custom duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges at at the customers own expense.

HADA is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such a clearance delays.
